We are cooking up something SWEET and we need to build up a committee to launch an amazing new annual event! Keep reading for more info 🍭

🎂 We need four dedicated people to build a solid advisory team (ie, a committee) to help make decisions and execute planning for our first annual dessert gala (September 28, 2024).

🧁This is a time commitment of two-four hours/week (less now, more as the event approaches), plus a one-hour meeting every two weeks in the evening.

🍦No experience necessary, just a true commitment once you join! You will be in a leadership position, and you will be reporting to Mel, our events and donations coordinator.

What we are looking for:

A volunteer manager
A financial manager (position filled)
A food manager
An event and materials manager
