When I first started my entrepreneurial journey, I never intended to become a sales training organization, but that’s exactly what happened, and so the creation of KO Advantage Group began.

In 2014 I had a moment where I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with my life. My soul was craving love, and excitement, and inspiration. I decided to backpack the world for 6 months by myself. Something bold, and exciting, that would never be associated with regret. When I came back from my journey, I wanted to build a life that I could continue to travel and create a life of my dreams.

Through conversations with other entrepreneurs and business owners, the answer started to crystallize. My mastery was in sales, and not just any sales, but premium service-based business-to-business sales. It had a process that was unique to that type of conversation. It was more relationship oriented, it had to involve the empathy to compliment the logical reasons to change, and it had to involve asking much more powerful questions. And too many entrepreneurs and businesses weren’t doing any of it correctly. It broke my heart.

I met with two companies at the end of 2017 and had several conversations understanding their (lack) of a sales process. I told them that I would create a 10-week program that would teach and provide true results. Smaller lessons over a longer period of time lead to greater comprehension. Sales training up until now included bringing every salesperson into a room and teaching them everything they need to know for three days. Once the training was done they were told they had everything they needed.
