From Fantini Wines we have the Opi Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colline Teramane Riserva.

This remarkable red wine hails from the Colline Teramane subzone within the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita) in the Abruzzo region of Italy. This wine is a tribute to the centuries-old winemaking traditions in the region, and it reflects the dedication of the Fantini winery to crafting high-quality wines. The "Opi" in the name is a reference to the nearby village of Opi, known for its historical significance and its connection to this exceptional wine.

Featuring the Barolo from Prunotto A traditional Barolo, one of Prunotto’s historic labels, whose first vintage was produced in 1905 from the best grapes of the vineyards in the heart of the Barolo appellation. Aging takes place in large oak barrels of various sizes, further enhancing the extraordinary typicity of Nebbiolo in this region.

This Barolo is deep garnet red with ruby reflections. The nose is complex: aromas of red fruit and floral aromas follow over to notes of spices and impressions of forest floor and plums. The intense palate is characterized by soft tannins and a lengthy aftertaste.

From Marchesi Antinori the Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva is a blend of Sangiovese together with other complementary varieties produced as a tribute to Antinori’s historic label that has accompanied the family’s winemaking traditions over the years. The inauguration of the new winery Antinori nel Chianti Classico inspired the family to reinterpret this Tuscan classic into a premium quality wine with unmistakable style, the resulting Riserva is delicate, decisive and elegant.

From Californian wine maker Cherry Pie Wines we have two distinctly different versions of Pinot Noir.

The Stanly Ranch Pinot Noir is lush with flavours of crushed black cherries and vanilla with a subtle hint of black tea. The palate is full-bodied showing bright, bold, juicy red cherry and pronounced tart cranberries with an overall roundness supported by soft, integrated tannins that carry through to a long finish.

The Cherry Pie Tri-County Pinot Noir is concentrated with aromas of macerated cherries, cranberries and dark oolong tea. On the palate, this wine has brambly notes of mulberries, ripe Bing cherries with notes of baking spices and sweet toasty oak with a long, silky smooth finish. Combining three counties, each in its own AVA, Cherry Pie Pinot Noir showcases the best of each county’s unique flavour profile.

Featuring Penfolds Bin 600 Cabernet-Shiraz.

A glossy and resolved palate, malt and toast. Generous, sweet fruits. The sweet American oak wraps around the core of dark fruits encapsulating everything the wine holds within. When the oak bubble is pierced, a burst of custard, goji berries, medjool dates and choc-malt creaminess is released. Oregano, hazelnut and cinnamon season the palate. Structurally, the wine flares rather than focusses to a finish. A clarity to the tannins, a resolved palate.
