Wellington-Waterloo Hunt
The Wellington-Waterloo Hunt Club Inc (W-WH) is a group of riding enthusiasts dedicated to Nature, Foxhounds and Riding – together in camaraderie and sport.
W-WH is a Drag hunt: An artificial scent is laid (dragged) for hounds to find and chase.
Popped by the kennels today as I was marking the Hunter Pace course to say hi to the hounds.

At our Hunt Ball Silent Auction on 6 April an Alfresco evening hosted by Master Paul & Lyn Sherman was offered for four couples.

The first hounds and Huntsman’s horse of Wellington-Waterloo Hunt Club back in 1965!
We were joined by 2 of our junior members who will be travelling down to Ohio this fall to represent our club and Canada at the Junior North American Field Hunter Championships this fall.
Thank you to everyone that came out to support Wellington-Waterloo Hunt at our Hunter Pace at Snapping Turtle Farm on Sunday June 2. Despite the wet weather, we had 83 riders go out on course, making up 41 teams. The day was a success! Thank you to Paul Church for hosting the day and all the many volunteers that helped run the event. We appreciate the efforts of Guelph Pony Club for running the bbq, Horse Mania & Vintage Collectables and Spoiled Dapples for offering their unique wares.
The optimum time was set by Robin Cook Hall MFH and our time keeper Robin Tsandelis who rode it in 1:12:01 on a 8.2km course.
