Only have a few people to cook for this Christmas? Don’t want the hassle of making a huge dinner?

We can help! The Spotlight Bistro will prepare your festive holiday meal this year. The cost is $20/person and the order deadline is end of day on the 22nd of December.

Pick up of meals will be December 24th between 11am and 5pm.

Experimenting in the kitchen today as we found sweetened condensed coconut milk at the Bulk Barn today. Thought I’d use that as a substitute in my granola bar recipe along with coconut oil instead of butter to make them dairy-free. Turned out very coconutty, as you can imagine! Mmmmm!
