Meet Tamara!

Tamara has been with the famiglia for two and a half years, working as one of our bartenders. Not only does she make fantastic drinks, she is also always helping out the rest of the team. You can find Tamara greeting new guests, tidying up the bar, and helping other servers run food.

Tamara loves spending time with coworkers and seeing her regulars stop by for dinner.

If she had to choose just one item from the menu, Tamara would order the Gigantico Three Cheese Ravioli, baked with cheese. To drink, she keeps it fun with the Sonic Soda.

When not at work, you can find Tamara playing video games, or enjoying spontaneous shopping trips!

Meet Kaleb!

Kaleb has been with East Side Marios for about five years now, working as one of our main prep guys and in the kitchen. Kaleb’s dedication shines through every morning as he ensures the crew has everything they need to keep things running smoothly. On our busier days, Kaleb never fails to jump in and help out wherever needed.

Kaleb’s favourite part about being a member of our famiglia is the incredible staff he gets to work with every day. He enjoys the friendly atmosphere and fun times with it!

From our menu, Kaleb’s favourite dish is the Club Wrap with Grilled Chicken, finished with a side of fries.

When not at the restaurant, you can find Kaleb enjoying a quiet evening spent relaxing. He is also an avid gamer, currently loving Destiny 2!

Next up on our list is Baylee!

Baylee has been with us for about 6 months, working as both a server and bartender. She does a fabulous job with her customers while also ensuring that bar drinks are ready to go for the rest of the team. Also, Baylee never fails to help wherever she is needed.

She loves working at East Side Marios for the friendly work environment and the people, and obviously…the bread!

From the menu, her favourite dish is the Roasted Garlic Fettuccine with Chicken. With that she enjoys our Raspberry Blush Sangria.

When not on the clock, Baylee can be found spending time with her 2 cats, Ilo and Onni!

This week we're introducing Konnor!

Konnor is a part of our BOH staff, and you can find him in the kitchen usually during lunch. He has been with the famiglia for about 5 and a half years. Konnor is one of the nicest people you will get a chance to meet, and he brings that energy to every work shift. He also makes a stellar bowl of pasta!

Konnor’s favourite part about working at East Side Marios is the people on the team, making each shift more enjoyable.

If he had to choose, Konnor would pick the Linguine Chicken Amatriciana from our menu.

When not at work, Konnor enjoys relaxing at home, or playing video games. At the moment he is a fan of Borderlands 2.

Meet Katherine!

Katherine is one of our FOH staff, having worked at East Side Marios as a server about a year now. She works hard every shift, but never fails to take a moment to share kindness with her coworkers and have a little fun.

Katherine’s favourite part about working with the famiglia is getting to spend every shift with coworkers she can call friends.

If she had to choose, Katherine’s favourite menu item is the Bruschetta Flatbread, topped with chicken of course. With that, she enjoys a bottle of Brio!

When not busy at work, Katherine can often be found sewing new pieces for her wardrobe!

Amit is a member of our BOH staff, working as a line cook for almost 2 years now. From day 1, Amit has been a fast learner and excels at whatever he puts his mind to, making him a fabulous cook! Seriously, you’ve got to try his pastas!

Amit’s favourite part about working at East Side Marios is getting to spend his evenings with coworkers and having a fun time.

Amit’s go to dish on the menu is Mario’s Chicken Parmigiana, complemented with a cool glass of Stella to drink.

When Amit can’t be found in the kitchen, you might run into him at the gym or out for a walk. He also enjoys sitting down for a good movie.
