UPDATE! We've decided to cancel the 6am Total Body Strength class Friday morning due to the weather and we'll decide in the morning about the rest of the morning classes. You will get an email notification if your class is cancelled but feel free to call the club if you have any questions or concerns. Stay safe! ☃️❄️

Holiday weekend reminder! We are open all weekend with normal business hours on Saturday the 11th, Sunday the 12th and Monday the 13th. However, there are no group fitness classes scheduled on Saturday the 11th. Have a great weekend!

SomaYin is a combination of Somatic Movement & Yin Yoga. We practice Somatics to relax a
muscle, like the shoulders, hips etc. We move into a Yin pose to stretch the fascia around that muscle.
Then we rest to integrate the experience. Some Yin poses are restorative, so we use blocks & bolsters
to support our body. Variations of Yin poses are offered for students of varying ability & experience.
Reminder! We are open Victoria Day Monday May 22 but with holiday hours so from 8am - 5pm. Thank you! 🙂
