Light Bulb Moment Yoga Reach out Today!

Light Bulb Moment Yoga is now trade marked and owned by my Incorporated Company! I am taking steps, albeit baby steps, working to get my joy up and running :)

Hey peeps! The sun is shining and there are promises of sunny weather this weeked to melt away all the piles of snow still lingering... yipppee!

I am looking to try something different in the way of sharing yoga. I've added an option that you can sign up for on my website to have a one hour yoga session on Monday evenings. Currently I have this set as a vinyasa flow but I am open to changing or adding another weekday evening to accommodate both.

Also, with nicer weather coming, we can find grass anywhere to practice in the glorious sunshine!

Light Bulb Moment Yoga Reach out Today!

I am so excited to be hosting my very first Wellness Workshop next Sunday afternoon! Vikki and I will be sharing some lovely Spring focused medicine in the way of Qi Gong, Yoga and Acupunture. I am so excited and so nervous at the same time... yoga has been an amazing journey for me over the last nine years and it has given me so much to be grateful for. Sharing my passion in a setting like this is something I wish to continue each season ☺️

I'm working on my long game, Light Bulb Moment Yoga... my friend and I are going to host a wellness workshop in March! I'm so excited!!

Has anyone needed support during their cancer journey? Wellspring Calgary has free membership with so many programs available via zoom, they provide the support and care you need for cancer patients and their caregivers. From 'money matters' topics, yoga, meditation, creative classes... just about anything you might need.

Wellspring Calgary is near and dear to my heart and the community I have found is amazing. I still get a peer support call every month which helps me find new programs for growth as I move past cancer.... you can continue being a Wellspring member well past your cancer diagnosis because a life is forever changed and being with members who have shared similar experiences gives us strength and a feeling of normalcy. I share this particular post because even with COVID-19, cancer has not stopped although it has left a lot of people disconnected from necessary resources. Wellspring Calgary is expanding into all communities across Alberta to provide support and care through cancer, you don't have to face cancer alone!

Light Bulb Moment is very fortunate to have Gord McLellan the team! Gord brings diverse commercial and technical experience to the table as a successful senior level marketer and joint venture representative in the western Canadian natural gas and naturals gas liquids (NGL) markets. Gord's accomplishments include managing a brownfield facility start-up, plant optimization strategies and maximizing plant utilization above proprietary capacity resulting in higher net income.

He is dedicated family man with a love for motorcycles, MJD’s and traveling the world (pre-COVID). Gord is also one of the kindest, most conscientious people I have had the pleasure to know, he has been my friend and mentor for a decade, and he will be a valuable addition to any team!

Today, it is my pleasure to spotlight Jessica Shanahan. With over 10 years of commercial experience in the oil and gas industry, she has had the opportunity to accumulate an extensive skill set. Her previous work in analytical, logistical, and commercial roles has equipped Jessica with the ability to extract value throughout each of the upstream, midstream, and downstream processes. Directly supporting producers has been very rewarding and allowed Jessica to develop an in-depth understanding of how to reduce operating costs and maximize revenue. Jessica's professional expertise aligns well with our objectives at Light Bulb Moment Inc. as the team focuses on the utilization of strong relationships, passion behind creating value, and ultimately the opportunity to provide impactful guidance that will better our industry as a whole.

She is a wealth of knowledge and her ever smiling face and zest for life is contagious!
