In partnership with the Town of Cochrane’s Mental Health Awareness Week, we are so pleased to offer this FREE youth mental health workshop! ♥️

Kiddos will be guided through a fun and interactive plant activity to learn about themselves and their needs and build a foundation for mental health that they can carry with them! 🌱

Snacks and beverages will be provided for parents while the children play, learn, and get their hands dirty! 🍵 Every participant will leave with their own little plant to take home with them!

Children must be between 7 and 11 years of age to attend! ✨
