Whether experienced in childhood or adult life, trauma is difficult to navigate. These experiences, if left unresolved, can stick with us for a lifetime.
We all deal with trauma in different ways- some prefer to talk about it, while others keep things to themselves. It is important to acknowledge trauma in order to navigate, heal, and work towards moving forward.
