What exactly is creatine?
Creatine is one of the most researched supplements that is naturally found in our muscles and is produced by our liver, kidney and pancreas. Creatine can also be supplied by eating protein-rich foods like meat and fish. The purpose of creatine is to provide energy to our muscles, especially during heavy lifting or high-intensity exercises.

Haven't you heard? Running has been the new wave!
If you're looking to get into running, here are a few tips to get you started on your running journey:
1. Walk-Run
The infamous saying "walk before you run" couldn't be more true when starting your running journey. The next time you're on a walk, start by walking for 5 minutes and then jogging for 1 minute. Slowly increase your jogging interval once you become more comfortable running, but walk if you have to!
2. Stretch it out
Always stretch beforehand to warm your body and prevent any cramps during your run. Try dynamic stretches to get the blood flowing before your run.
3. Invest in a good pair of shoes
Investing in good running shoes ensures you stay comfortable throughout your run with proper cushion, support and stability. Proper running shoes minimize discomfort and help reduce the risk of injury.
4. Stay motivated!
Make running a social activity, instead of perceiving it as just another workout.
Join a run club, sign up for a race, or get one of your friends to go on runs with you!
