✨I’ve studied with many schools in health and wellness such as the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, metabolic testing with Charles Poliquin. I also have extra training in blood chemistry interpretation.

✨I often will use biofeedback through my bioscan machine to help me get to the root of why you are feeling unwell. I have extensive training in biofeedback and helping balance and eliminate stressors on the body.

✨Instead of only looking for disease states on labs. I look for optimal function of the organs and toxicities and deficiencies. When the body is not working efficiently clients can feel unwell and I will validate the clients symptoms and create a destress protocol to get their health back on track.

Over the last decade I have emersed myself in the world of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing modalities.

It became very evident to me that people were struggling to get their physical body’s healthy because they had experienced negative adverse traumatic events earlier in their life or were not aware that they held onto or stored difficult emotions.

Even in my own personal life I had witnessed this. I personally found that traditional therapy did nothing for me.

As I began to study sound and frequency and energy and that if we can learn to release these traumas or trapped emotions without having to relive them, we could have more freedom and quality of life without them driving the bus of of nervous system ultimately eroding our physical health.

Our nervous systems plays such a huge role in our recovery and once we can learn to balance and regulate this delicate yet powerful system our healing then can occur.

This 90 minute workshop will allow you to participate in a heart opening cacao ceremony and guided journey and sound bath which will allow you to explore deeper parts of yourself allowing you to connect to your own innate wisdom and your own ability to heal your emotions, trauma and even sit with your physical pain and the roots of it’s origins.

We will create a safe space to release any stuck, stagnant energy that no longer serves us and we will create a space for healing and empowerment.

Somatic practices such as sound and our breath and guided journeys allow us to tap into deeper parts of ourselves without needing to relive the story or the trauma.

A little about sound healing: Sound healing uses very specific instruments with specific tones and frequencies with a purpose of bringing the nervous system to a balanced state where we can then journey inward to shift the dimensions of our pain and emotions and trauma. This is a very subtle yet powerful tool.

A little about cacao: C**a is a heart opening plant medicine drink that when used in sacred ceremony can help us to open our hearts. When we are more open and loving to ourselves we can dive deeper into our own healing.
