Crockpot Mississippi Beef and Noodles

Ingredients:

2 pounds beef chuck roast, trimmed and cut into chunks
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
1 packet (1 ounce) au jus gravy mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced

CHICKEN CHOW MEIN Ft runaround sue not sure this backing track lines up with the dish but let’s go with it. Rules are made to be broken. Ingredients 4-6 Chicken thighs Enough corn flour to coat (5 tbsp ish) 1 egg 2.5 tbsp dark soy Bean sprouts Drizzle of sesame oil Egg noodles 1 white onion 4 spring onions Equal parts dark soy and normal soy ( I usually pour and count to 3/4 @serenaappleby special) 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic Method Combine chopped chicken thighs with corn flour egg soy and pepper Fry the chicken in a splash of sesame oil for 3-4 mins a side until golden and crisp. Remove from pan. In the same pan cook onions and spring onions for 4-5 mins until softened. Add in 4 cloves of garlic and cook for a further 2 mins. Then add in you noodles and kind of toast them with the veg for an extra min. Add in your soy sauces add extra if you want it darker and more saucy. Finally add in your bean sprouts( I like these with a crunch so barely cook them) then add back in your chicken. The perfect Chinese fakeaway WALLOP #chickenchowmein #wallop #gettingrubby
