Every fertility journey presents emotional challenges that can be isolating. We know that the holiday season can exacerbate these difficulties.
Join Registered Psychologist, Caroline Andersen and Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) facilitator, Alda Ngo for our online support circle.
'Nurturing Wholeness' is a safe space where people can receive support and learn tools for increasing resilience as they navigate the complexities of fertility challenges.
This is not just a support circle; it's a journey towards more wholeness, resilience, self-discovery, and renewed hope.
Together, we can navigate the path to parenthood with compassion, understanding, and mindfulness.
This offering is for anyone who is dealing with primary infertility and/or does not yet have children.
