A wilderness restoration project on a little a-frame that was built in the early 1970s! Replacing rotten members from the ground up. Much to go until completed!

Modern manufactures can have very beautiful lighting selections. Some are easy to swap and some require some extra ladder rungs! Either way, lighting is essential in setting the vibes of your space. There are plenty of considerations to be had when implementing the perfect illumination for your tastes!

Showroom I was general contracted for. Turned out very beautiful! Always add separate switches and relevant dimmers to achieve the highest level of illumination control in your living space!

The wet bar of the basement development we designed and built. Highlighting beautiful accent lighting for during movie nights. Full basement included large bathroom, bedroom, and integrated movie theatre with full surround and projector. Client is very satisfied!

High end custom build bringing everything to code and raising the value of the property.

1960s dryer wiring updated to current code. Extra wire included so moving to ground level in future development is an option.
