2023 is going to be a good season with 4 of us competing.

will compete at Alberta Open and possibly Toronto or Vancouver.
Cj Legge will compete for the 1st time in the Jr. Bodybuilding division he will be 14 years old for his 1st show at TNT
Mandy Lynn will be competing for the 1st time at TNT, Bikini or Women's wellness will be her division.
I'm excited to be able to coach and compete with these amazing people. I love you guys

August 2020 vs March 2021,
420lbs vs 260lbs is a crazy transformation we are hitting a average of 20lbs per month, insane transformation especially being under lock down for few months. π
Robbie wants to compete one day under and we would be proud and honored to bring him to stage πͺπ
13 months of training and Kandis Jackson has made leaps and bounds, She is one of the Wolf Dens main coaches and she is also part owner. Her transformation is nothing less than incredible I'm Speechless π
11 year transformation for one of our main coach's and owners of Wolf Den Chris Legge. Chris has been in the fitness industry for 8 yrs and again is amazing for a massive transformation in the next 2 years ππͺ
Face pulls from a high pulley to help engage your traps over your rear delts, if you lower your cable to a chest height you will engage the rear delts over the traps so we like to do both exercises back to back.
13 month of training together and you look like a completely different person, you worked your ass off to get where you are and this is just the start, working on year 2 together and future competition plans are in our sights. I'm so proud if you β€ .j.jackson87
Check inβs and posing practice for .the.wolf.legge we make sure to practice 30 mins once a week at the moment not a lot but we will start bumping up the amount of sessions soon. 178lbs making him close to his biggest for a offseason and he is definitely the biggest and leanest we have ever seen him and with no shows locked in we have tons of time to keep growing.
Still aiming for a middleweight debut
I see so many people out there promoting Fad diets, Keto, IIFYM, Fasting, shakeology, and it's crazy to me, when you look at most of these people they are in ok shape or just skinny fat but if this is the best way to eat for fitness then why aren't any of then gaining lean muscle? Don't tell me there goals are different if anyone had the choice they all would be full and cut all the time if you can look your best why settle for less.
The science and nutrition guidelines me and my clients use allow us to eat all the major macros all year round, we need take any Marco away from our body's because we need them all to run properly and to properly lose weight without losing muscle. I give my client 20 minutes after waking to eat breakfast this way they have energy for there day and there body never gets a chance to store any unwanted fat, this is who stays lean all year round during bulks, offseaons and preps.
