Pickleball Centre coming to West Edmonton with 19 Pickleball Courts and 2 Volleyball Courts. It has been great working for ABCDEM Sports Ltd to bring this space to the community!

The National Building Code - Alberta Edition 2023 comes into affect on May 1. Here are a couple of references and general highlights.

Hello Facebook friends, I hope this post finds you well and wanted to say hi, HI!
Its been a busy few months and wanted to provide a bit of an update. I have completed construction documents for: an interior expansion of a church, an interior renovation of a CRU (Commercial Retail Unit), a Scoping Document / Report for a School Division, and have had the opportunity to volunteer with eMi for a domestic project down in the Calgary area. I am currently finishing up a residential project in BC and have been recently approached to provide Architectural Advisory Services to help a client through the various phases of design and construction. This will also help to articulate their vision and goals to the design team; a role that I think is important to support a client, whether experienced or not, as it provides a professional in your corner that is objective and that represents your interests.
If anyone is looking for an architect who is dedicated, honest and committed to delivering positive results please feel free to reach out to me. I'd love to chat and discuss how I can contribute to upcoming ventures whether it is an advisory role or providing architectural services for churches, not-for-profit, cultural, residential, multi residential, commercial, or educational projects.
