Good day people all around the world I would like to make a heart felt call to all woman out there who have been called "over weight" "fat" what ever name! I have recently encountered someone call me over weight and not a real personal trainer. Which okay we are all use to people who can't help judge. But little do they know I had 7 miscarriages which pertains to my weight gain and over eating do to depression because of the losses. Let's just say to those hasty people... Walk a mile in someone else's shoes before you judge!
I have found some really old photos the first of my just after my daughter " gained 102 pounds with her!" And second photo of my a year and a half later 80 pounds lost! I am a trainer! And a fighter! I may have hit some some real serious bumps in the road but I got back up again!
It's takes a real "Ugly Soul" to use the words "over weight" to actually call someone fat and try to define who they are or aren't by it. It's like saying only skinny woman are models and beautiful well look at Ashley Graham!
Ps I'm a mother of two even if these life event didn't come my way.. I am a mom!
Good Morning Ladies!! I am in the process of opening the Camp back up and your invited to a first day free!! The first day is yet to be set but I would like to see how many ladies I can get on board this round! You will be looking at a 90 day program vs the 28 day challenge. Reason for this I found with the 28 day challenge only one out of 10 girls kept to their lifestyle change my goal with the 90 A program is to take a real leap in the right direction! Fees will be paid monthly and are 150/month. You will train with me for 4 days/week! You will be expected to follow the meal plan and work your buns off! Alright ladies! I have had a few of my ladies in my classes ask me what I will be doing during the winter as my class is out door based and I have a plan to renovate my basement into a mini gym! Classes will have to be smaller of course but I am going to get some one in to see how many people I can have at once. Will be updating you with winter registration dates soon!
I must say I am really happy with the results of my ladies in the challenge one of my girls lost 7 pounds in 6 days!! I love to see such amazing results and to see you work so hard for me ladies!!

"There are millions of girls who can't crawl out of bed without a coffee. Caffeine is the most popular and widely used drug in the world; it's cheap, guilt free, and pretty much everywhere. Some research has shown that it can lower your risk of developing type 2 diabetes and a lot of girls have a jolt of caffeine an hour before exercise to improve their endurance. In small doses, it can make you feel refreshed and focused. In large doses, you’re more likely to feel anxious and have difficulty sleeping.
But, you have to smart about it and remember everything you know about moderation. Beyond the sneaky calories and sugar in what you’re adding to your coffee; caffeine can cause high blood pressure, headaches and irritability. It can contribute to miscarriage and osteoporosis. Some girls that drink too much coffee or caffeine rich energy drink can feel like they’re having a panic attack.
The key is to pay attention to how much you're really drinking because it’s not just in your morning coffee, it’s in tea, soft drinks and dark chocolate. If you want to scale back, start by substituting a cup of green tea for every cup of coffee. Even though there is caffeine in tea, it has theanine, an amino acid with calming effects. If you usually take in a lot of caffeine, stopping suddenly can cause symptoms of withdrawal. It’s best to decrease your consumption slowly. And, reading labels is important.
Remember, caffeine is giving you no nutritional value!! You don’t always know if it’s in your food because it’s tasteless. But, it can affect your mood and cause physical side effects. If you consume roughly the same amount of caffeine every day, you can develop a tolerance to it. Your tolerance level is affected by your age, body mass, and any health conditions you may have. Remember, if you are taking and medications, caffeine can have an impact on that so always consult your doctor.
Caffeine reaches your brain quickly and acts as a central nervous system stimulant. The most noticeable effect is alertness. It can help you feel more awake and less tired but you don’t want to become relyant on it. By feeding your body more nutrients you can control your energy levels and you won’t need to reach for another cup of coffee.
Too much caffeine can give you a headache. But, because your body develops a tolerance to caffeine so if you normally consume caffeine and stop suddenly, it can cause a headache. Other symptoms of caffeine withdrawal include anxiety, irritability, and drowsiness.
Caffeine can also increase the amount of acid in your stomach and may cause heartburn or give you an upset tummy. It’s also a diuretic which triggers your body to get rid of water especially when you’re exercising as well.
Caffeine can cause spikes in your blood pressure. In most girls, there isn’t a long-term effect on blood pressure but if you have irregular heart rhythms, caffeine is going to make your heart work harder. If you already have high blood pressure (hypertension) or heart-related problems, ask your doctor if caffeine is safe for you because you don’t want to put yourself at risk for a cup of coffee. Grabbing that fourth coffee can also interfere with your absorption and metabolism of calcium. This means that you’re more likely to experience osteoporosis (bone thinning).
Drinking coffee is one of the things you try to avoid when you’re pregnant. Caffeine travels within the bloodstream and crosses into the placenta. Because it’s a stimulant, it can cause your baby’s heart rate and metabolism to increase as well as impact the baby’s growth and increasing the risk of miscarriage. In most cases, a little caffeine is safe during pregnancy but nowhere near what you’re probably drinking now.
Having too much caffeine can also be a cause of painful lumps in the breast (fibrocystic disease). And can interfere with oestrogen production and metabolism, making it harder for some girls to get pregnant. If you do have sore breasts, are pregnant, or even trying to get pregnant, it’s always best to ask your doctor about what a safe level of caffeine is for you.
So now you know some of the effects that caffeine has on your body it might be easier for you to skip the morning cup of coffee and choose a cold-pressed juice or some infused water to start your day"

I just want to say I am really proud of the people who showed up today even though it was cold and supposed to rain! But didn't which was awesome but I must say it's nice to have some hard workers out there today! Great Job! I know it was a tough work-out but it will only get easier over time. Your results depend on your efforts and dedication.

It’s the moment you all have been waiting for!
As I’m sure you know the first class will begin this Friday and you will register then so please come 15 minutes early. I will be sending you a quick little form to fill out on Thursday so you don’t have to do it on Friday. Just basically emergency contact and allergies those types of things. Also please bring payment that day as you will not be able to start the program Intel then.
I have also attached two photos for you guys so you can see the exact meeting spot Now there are two parking suggestions I have made for you if you have a child I would suggest parking around 129 Ave and not in Hermitage parking and this a little hike to the meeting point.

• Water! Lots of Water! I would actually like you all to start drinking 3 liters of water a day! The benefits are amazing!
• Dumbbells* A 8lb one works great & If you Don’t have one a 4L milk jug filled with water works the same
• Yoga mat for those of you who don’t like touching the ground
• After workout snack! Protein! You should always have a protein snack after working out with my or you will terrible the next day. It’s essential for regenerating and you should have within 30 min after. My personal favorite is the Body Fortress Chocolate Whey Protein shake from Walmart. Yes Walmart. I make it with half a tray of ice cubes and about 1 cup if water and blend. It’s sometimes the reason I work out as I can’t have unless I work out.
• If you are bringing children I will have a super yard set up for the little guys to hang out and watch their role models be empowering! I love working out with my little guy.
• This is important if you bring your little ones please wash or sanitize your toys when you get home to reduce germs!
Now this is the fun Part the challenge! Now you don’t have to participate if you don’t want to but please take a before photo of yourself on Thursday. This is a great reference for yourself. You should where the tightest most uncomfortable pants you got! You should take a back/side/front shot of yourself. No selfies if possible! Also best against a white wall. Weight yourself in too and measure your legs, but, waist, chest and arms.
THERE WILL BE A PRIZE AT THE END OF THE CHALLENGE! WINNER GETS THERE FEE BACK!
You don’t need to submit your photos till the end of the challenge.
