After moving to British Columbia in 1993, Anu has now returned home to Edmonton to continue his 20+ years as an RMT. In those He has an impressive history including working in multidisciplinary sports-med clinics and training with professional athletes, including the Vancouver Canucks and BC Lions. Anu trained as a high level athlete and believes deeply in proactive wellness and a multidisciplinary approach to recovery, rebuilding and strengthening oneself. He has focused his career on helping others to achieve their best, utilizing modalities including hydrotherapy recovery, myofascial release, trigger point, deep tissue and lymphatic drainage. He is also well versed in sports injury and post-concussion rehabilitation.

Outside of his passion of helping others, you can find him at the hockey rink, camping, walking his dog all over the amazing trails of Edmonton and cheering for the oilers!!
