Here’s A Detailed Post About Our New Gen 5 Dumbbell Handles:

We have come up with an all new manufacturing process to streamline production and maintain a higher quality for our customers!

1: Knurling has been a big topic so we completely revisited it. It’s now a much finer knurl but different from many other companies in the way that it’s a full/completed knurl. We know that the craze is focused around a “volcano knurl” at the moment but in manufacturing it is actually just a incomplete one to save equipment. Our knurl now feels much better in your hand under high weight load while also not being able to dig into your hand. It is perfect for use with bare hands, chalk, or even gloves and we believe is truly the best knurl in the industry!

2: All handles are now TIG welded together to ensure the strongest possible connection from handle to the threaded ends, as well as a new internal design that allows for greater strength throughout the whole handle.

3: The center band has been revised and is now able to be brought up to a higher polished finish and has been slightly widened for better hand feel.

4: Each end of the dumbbell handle as well as the knurling has been brought to a much higher finish due to our investment in higher quality materials and refining to our Cnc machining process.

We are also experimenting currently with releasing a new colour option for the handles in the next week or so that we hope everyone will like, so stay tuned!

Gen 5 handles have arrived in full force with daily consistent batches. All pending orders will be fulfilled within the next few days as well as new ones. Response has been amazing on the new handles and thank you all for the continued support!

Here’s a quick little post showing off the differences between all of our end posts available on our site and with our adjustable dumbbells! Regular end posts: no magnets but still have the center bump. Ships with our standard dumbbells up to 97.5 lbs holding capacity. Also available in multiple sizes as shown in the last picture which will allow the dumbbells to reach up to 225lbs per dumbbell

MagnaJust: includes two 11lb pull magnets that are recommended for our smaller 5 lb and under plates, also available up to be sized up to 225lb dumbbell holding capacity

MagnaJust HD: Includes four 11lb pull magnets for a total hold of 44lbs on the end of each end post, recommended for use with our 12.5lb plates, 10lb and all the other sizes for any kind of workout as we’ve tested these extensively. Available up in all sizes up to 225 lb as well per dumbbell. Also compatible with our 25 lb and 35 lb Olympic plates for rows but not recommended for anything above your head on the Olympic plates as the pull from the magnets won’t be as strong on the Olympic stuff
