Cosplay is of course welcome! Props will be checked and I ask that convention rules apply here. No real or too life-like weapons should be brought as there is a playground that will likely have the general public from the area. I'm going to be tagging those that are checked with wrist bands as well. Please be mindful this is a smaller space and large cosplays may make it hard to move around or shop. Have fun and don't forget to bring your cash!

Here is the full lineup & layout for the Cosplay Garage Sale this Saturday! Please ensure your props are not real weapons, as I will be checking props. This is a community hall and there is a playground that will likely have children and families on site during our event. Please ensure you are respectful, do not litter, and do not bring any props that are too life-like & could be considered real by the general public. The map is not to scale & aisles are only 8' wide.

The time has come for seller spotlights to begin from July 12th to July 18th and on July 19th the list of sellers will be displayed and a map of who is in which spot.
There is NO ATM on site so please ensure you bring cash. Some sellers will be able to accept other payment methods, but not all. Fortunately the Bonnie Doon mall is not far if you need a bit more cash. The accepted method of payment for each seller will be listed on the list of sellers July 19th.

Edmonton Spooky Geeky Application Update. With overwhelming numbers, I'm going to be closing the applications for this one far earlier then I initially anticipated. June 26th at noon the applications will be closing. I know it is short notice, but I don't believe this will be too much issue as there are over 100 applications. Thank you and those that applied should be hearing from me in the next couple of weeks.
The Holiday Geeky Gift Market will remain open as there are more spots available and it is further down the road than the Spooky Market (though that one has over 140 applications as well so don't delay applying)!

Application Update: I just requested an update from Global and they have told me at least one more week before I will see the layout I am needing. I'm very sorry. Please note the dates are set, I am simply wanting to ensure that pricing is fair for all the vendors prior to allowing applications. Growing pains. These delays are said to be due to the upcoming Stampede so hopefully there won't be further delays.

Cosplay Garage Sale Applications are now closed. Those who applied will be receiving an email today or tomorrow! All other Edmonton applications are still open. Calgary applications are currently waiting to open due to venue delays. Thank you for everyone's patience and continued support!

Alright friends! I have heard from some in the K-Pop community and here we are! This market is for those looking to sell and trade their K-Pop and Kawaii wares! This market has only 28 spots and no entry fee! Applications are open and live on geekyevents.ca under become a vendor! Each spot is 6'x6' and is $45 which includes GST, the venue fee, marketing, and insurance. More information will be coming out for food truck and a dancing space as well! Please apply at geekyevents.ca under "become a vendor"

Applications will be opening no later than June 30 but with the opening of the new space at BMO the company I am working with is a bit slower to get back to me. I am waiting on the layout to ensure I am not over charging anyone. I really appreciate your patience. All other market applications will be opening on June 10th. As soon as I have an update I will let everyone know!
