A few reasons you want to start small!

There are so many things that you can do to get yourself mentally and physically prepared for butt play.

1) Hygiene: Feeling clean is always better and you can make sure your b***y is nice and fresh before and after a play session.

2) E***a/ Do**he: This isn't a necessary step but it may help keep your mind at ease about making any unwanted messes. It may take some time and practice, but it's worth it for the extra reassurance. We carry the CleanStream and Prelude e***a bulbs for this and highly recommend them.

3) Time: Sometimes you need adequate time to prepare so set aside an hour or two if you need to for all the steps you choose. It helps to not
be rushing.

4) L**E: Choosing the right one for you is so important no one l**e can do it all! Thick l**es are often best because they reduce friction. Waterbased can be used for toys or without. Silicone might be your best bet if you're not using any silicone toys! Sliquid Sassy is a great waterbased option, but I also recommend Uberl**e as a great silicone l**e!

5)WaterProof Blankets: Having a dedicated blanket for all your fun play is a game changer! The No More Wet Spots come in 3 different sizes and multiple colours and are machine washable. Throw it on the bed or wherever you need it, then roll it up and wash it after you're done. No change in sheets is needed!

6) Clean up: There is always clean up even when you've taken all the hygiene steps. It's normal for there to be a bit of a mess or maybe you'll need to stop and clean up part way through. Either way, to prepare ahead of time have wipes or a towel dedicated to clean up. Or you can plan to take another shower after to get all the l**e and juices off you.

7) Enjoy the process: Butt Play is fun! Consider taking these steps as a part of the ple@sure. Use this to get yourself excited and turned on for the experience you're about to have because it's supposed to be enjoyable!

July is disability pride month. As a disabled person I've had some trouble with this idea. We are not proud to have a disability but we refuse to be ashamed of it. Disability encompasses a huge array of life situations and experiences and we all want and deserve to be included in our communities for what we can bring and shouldn't be excluded for the things we can't do. July is a chance to think about how you can break down barriers with us.

Our economy has been so rough on everyone and the population of unhomed people keeps growing. The struggle is real and we all have experienced the impact in one way or another.
So to try and bring some happiness back into the people of edmomton I will be doing haircuts for those in need.
