We turn our whole space into one big party, full of charcuterie, cheese, and your choice of gourmet food stations(walk-in oyster bar, anyone?), local craft beer, spirits, and fine wines, and a DJ creating the perfect atmosphere for your guests.

In this full-day hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to do basic meat and fish butchery, practice de-boning a chicken, shuck oysters, and even make your own batch of sausages to take home.
We'll demo (and you'll taste!) a variety of meat cooking techniques like searing and sous-vide. Plus, you'll be enjoying our famous hospitality all day with plenty of local craft drinks, charcuterie, and snacks.
Come with plenty of questions for our chef .keith_ as he shares knowledge and tips from nearly 20 years in the industry!
