Early 1965 Vibrolux Reverb. Purchased from a south side pawnshop in the early 2000's for 700$ tax included.
A good friend gave me a heads up on this one. I wasted no time picking it up. Completely stock with original tubes, a two prong plug and fully functional "death cap".
(A three prong power cable is now installed).
One original Oxford speaker was in the amplifier. The other was a mystery Eminence 10" that sounded like a carefully executed fart.

There's a fresh pair of Weber DT-10 speakers installed.
(Favored by Derek Trucks).

It's easy to nail the Dire Straights "Sultan's" tone. Plug and play with your favorite Strat with low output pickups.

NOS tubes. Original caps*

*Always a controversial subject. I've gone down the "change all the caps" road with a 66 Super Reverb. It came back a completely different amplifier. And not in a good way.*
