Nutty Maple Overnight Oats 🍁
👩🏼🍳 ingredients:
• 1/3 Greek yogurt
• 1/3 rolled oats
• 1/3 cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
How to:
• Mix all ingredients in a jar or tight seal container and refrigerate overnight.
• Enjoy in the morning for a quick breakfast or later that day for a filling snack!
Reciting or journaling 📝 daily affirmations can help boost both your positive opinion of yourself and your confidence in your ability to achieve your goals.
✨Don’t know how to start?
👉🏻 Try reciting the above 5 statements either in your head or quietly out loud to yourself whenever you’re feeling a little self critical.

Hello! Welcome to my page! 😊
As many of you may know I have completed my certification in Holistic Nutrition, and I am currently accepting new clients‼️
A little bit about me - I have always been health conscious and curious about what food can do for our bodies. I think the competitive sports I played growing up contributed a lot to that passion for wellness, nutrition, and helping people achieve their best. 💫
My education in this field has lead me to develop a “Food First” mentality where many symptoms in the body can be supported with intuitively incorporated nutrients from food! The symptoms that can be supported vary from chronic headaches, imbalanced hormones, stress, low energy, brain fog, irregular bowel movements, weight gain, gut and digestion issues, etc.
Did you know?! 🤔 - Eating the right foods for your body can supply the proper nutrition to support athletes, elderly, coming off of antibiotics, surgery prep/recovery, injuries, and can even help fill in nutrient decicicies caused by some medications.
Not only is it crucial to include the nutrients your body needs everyday in your diet, but it is also important to understand what agrees and disagrees with your unique body. What works for some, may not work for all, and I’m here to help you along that journey to find what’s best for your goals! 🌟
