Edmonton First Responders Rodeo Is a family friendly and fun event to promote interaction between First Responders and the public they serve in a Western lifestyle environment, all while raising funds in support of First Responder PTSD and Child protection.

Zebra Child & Youth Advocacy Centre serves children and youth who have experienced abuse, supporting them through the investigative, justice and healing process with a continuum of multi-disciplinary resources.

is an essential confidential service empathetically supporting the individuals and families of First Responders, Veterans, and Military Personnel by means of immediate and proactive wellness initiatives.

Meet the Firetubs team originators. Lori, the brains behind the operation and Matthew, the other one….

Who does that all that precision welding? Well, Kennedy and Mikhaila do. Meet the “ladies of aluminum”. Both started welding in high school as part of a pre-employment program. They’ve also won trade skills competitions and volunteer in the try a trade program.

Although the May long weekend can be a busy time, full of work (planting gardens, opening cottages etc.), be sure to take time to decompress.
