Been doing a lot of self-regulating these days, we are being hit individually and collectively with major shifts, as much I am in acceptance and in a space of willingness and surrender the energies can be dense and over powering. Best thing we can do is slow down and increase our self care!

Self-regulating gives us the ability to manage disruptive emotions and impulses. It gives you the opportunity to rebound from behaviours that are not in alignment to your values!
