Eggs are an excellent source of protein as well as amino acids. I try to eat at least 6 a week. Follow me for more great nutrition facts and options to get you to where you wanna be in your health and fitness path.
This quote really resonates with me as I used chase so many of my so called friends and finally I said “why am I doing this they don’t chase me around so why I should I”. You quickly notice which of these “so called friends” were not really your friends. So I say make time for the friends who are going to support your goals and cheer you on along with whatever your dreams or journeys may be.
I love this quote by the great Arnold I find the gym to be a great place to release stress or suppressed feelings as it allows you to be one with your work out and clear your mind of what the world is throwing at it.
You may be strong in the gym physically but are you strong enough mentally to resist the temptations that may anchor you from achieving your goals?
This quote can be applied to anything in life but I love it in my fitness journey as it helps me stay grounded and keep doing the work! If you ever come across me in the gym and need that push in the gym don't hesitate to ask.
