What to do when i (an acupuncturist) gets a stiff neck?
Poke myself 😶 !
Hou xi (SI 3) is a common point to help with stiff neck.
Location:
Make a loose fist, the point is located at the ulnar side of the hand, proximal to the 5th metacarpophalangeal joint at the junction of the red and white skin.
You can massage this point occasionally to help with any acute neck pain.
*do not poke yourself if you do not have the proper training. Please seek help from your acupuncturist 😅
