SOUP OF THE DAY…TURKEY BEAN! This dinner is easy to prepare.

All you need is:
-Souptacular’s Autumn Harvest Soup mix
-1 lb ground turkey
-optional, 1 398 ml can ‘Hunts’ tomato sauce

Cook Souptacular mix (with seasonings) with 10 cups water and/or low sodium turkey broth. Then add pan fried ground turkey and tomato sauce! Salt and pepper to taste! Stir and serve!

Who remembers the bayleaf slipped into the front of the pouch, which was Souptacular’s ‘signature look’? And who remembers a ‘star’ punched out of the bayleaf, often only to be noticed when it floated to the top of the kettle while cooking? Loved hearing these special stories! With many delicious recipes that you can choose from there is a secret ingredient in this that is a perfect flavor enhancer!! That is Souptaculars natural seasonings!! Just a pinch will do! Try mac and cheese anyday of the week with a side of protien!

TACO TUESDAY! Do you have a schedule of meals for the week? If you are that organized we salute you! However today the crew will enjoy tacos and I will reserve some of this mix for tomorrow’s “Taco Soup”!
Here’s our family recipe that is always a hit!
1 package Traditional Bean soup mix
1 box beef broth plus 4 cups water
-Leftover cooked taco mix which includes:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup purple onion
1 cup diced peppers
1 package taco seasonings
1/2 cup salsa
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook soup according to instuctions, add taco leftovers, and top soup with a dollop of sour cream or greek yogurt! Delicious Taco Soup any day of the week!

IT’S ALWAYS ABOUT SOUP! Do you ever crave a hearty beef barley soup but quit before you start? Often the recipes require many ingredients and to make this from scratch, can be daunting! Thankfully Souptaculars’ Traditional Bean soup is your shortcut to your hearty base! Then add:
🥣low in sodium beef broth 8-10 cups(or 4 C broth and remaining in water)
🥣1/2 c each (or more)diced beef, potato’s, carrots, celery.
🥣optional: frozen vegetables such as frozen wax beans and peas.
NOTE: due to higher beef prices you can choose a cheaper cut. However I would recommend to pre cook the beef in a pressure cooker or Instant pot to tenderize prior, then add into soup!

A Thanksgiving favorite! Souptacular’s Split Pea mix is ready for a ham bone this weekend! Add water and Soup mix and seasonings, leftover ham and/or the ham bone into your Instant pot, slow cooker or stove pot and cook! We love to also add cubed carrots, potatos, and frozen peas!
