Amongst many other of Swamiji’s esteemed international achievements, he has taught breathwork, meditation and yoga since 1993 in more than 50 countries all over the world. The Art of Meditation is an authentic, simple and highly transformative meditation technique very specific to each individual person being offered by Swamiji for the first time in Edmonton.
