2 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks 🍍
1 cup fresh carrots 🥕
Slice of lemon, with peel 🍋 (I use a 1/2 lemon)

Where: In the comfort of your own home, all you need is Dr. Durkin's Apple a Day App on the Mighty Networks App
Other Details: The detox medical food you will be using is called UltraClear Renew. You will need 1 container for the 10 days. You can choose from 3 different flavours: Vanilla, Berry, or Chai. 🍓🫐
You will receive instructions on which foods you should be eating lots of and which foods you should be avoiding.
You will receive a 10 day meal plan and grocery list to follow
