Last night was buzzing with excitement as we officially opened our cutting-edge EV lab! ⚡ Thanks to a generous $750,000 gift from Vale Base Metals, our 5,200-square-foot space in the Glencore Centre for Innovation will now be known as the Vale Electric Vehicle Lab! 🎉

✨Big news for Cambrian R&D! We’ve received $378K from FedNor to hire a research engineer and fabrication technologist. This will support 60 more R&D projects over 3 years and provide hands-on learning for our students. A huge thank you to FedNor, Viviane Lapointe and Marc G. Serré.

Originally donated in 1907 by Copper Cliff businessman John Anderson, the Anderson Cup is emblematic of the regular season championship and is awarded to the team with the best record in the SRCSL.

The trophy was first awarded in 1910 and this year, it will be awarded for the 100th time.

With help from our partners at Cambrian R&D and Gino Donato at Xcaliber Trophies, the historic trophy has been appropriately restored and updated to accommodate a place for every previous winner.
