Had the pleasure of coaching this group of kids for the flag football season. We started the season back in July at the beginning of the province re-opening and getting the kids back on the field running around and playing like they're supposed to every summer.

TNT Boxing Academy was the sponsor for this team that went undefeated all season and won the title this morning!

5 week ALL WOMENS bootcamp starts next Monday with only a few spots remaining!

It's been a long three and a half months, can't wait...beyond excited!

Today is a special anniversary...15 years today I officially opened TNT Boxing Academy. I'm not able to thank everyone who helped get us to where we are today but each and everyone of you played a vital role in keeping this community going.
