GC roll cage build. The car came from Texas, stripped and stitch welded but nothing else.

Nice little update from the guys at Touge Tuning on the time attack car we caged for them. Looking forward to seeing it on the track!

Lots more helpers needed for Tall Pines in a month, if you've never done it before, please sign up! Volunteering is way better than regular spectating.

Alright, so in addition to sponsoring the event, I'm going to give away two rides in the rally car for a random person who replies to this post. If you're going to be there and would like a ride, reply here and mid next week I'll contact the winners. I'm also hoping to give one to a volunteer at the event, just have to figure out logistics of doing that without disrupting the competition at all. More to come! Post below if you're interested!

Proud to say that we're sponsoring KWRCs upcoming rallycross on June 6th in Rockton. I'll be bringing the rally car out to play too, should be a great time! Stop by and say hi!

Stealth roll bar? CSCS street class legal bolt in hoop for this time attack monster, should fly on the track!

How about some finished product pics? Just have to weld it in tomorrow and spray the bases.

Couple more, coming along. Harness bar next, then take it back out to finish the welding, paint and put it back in. Oh, and a quick shot of the next sexy project!

How about a few more photos? First, the carpets and cubbies behind the seats, and the seats themselves, had to come out. Then the mount points decided, and finally the main hoop was bent and base plates cut. Still some trimming I do but coming along.

Oh yeah, and most of a huge Demon Tweeks order arrived today. Lots of cool stuff here!

Very close now. Just need to finish the passenger side seat mounts and she's ready to be put back together and rolled out the door! Need a cage? There'll be a space opening in the shop shortly.

Quick update on the way out the door. Progress progress! Next up: extend the upper door bar back to the rear towers, connect through the firewall to the front towers, tie to the stock dash bar in the front, and seat mounts to find harness bar height. Then it's gusset time!

Interesting challenge today: customer building their own cage, but doesn't have a bender. PVC templates and material provided, finished main hoop and laterals out the door.

Haven't posted about this project yet, been a rush on to get it done! Time attack Subaru cage, being built to FIA specs. Next step is a whole lot of welding on the upper half, then door bars.

Happy customer! Custom light bar installed, in addition to a new skid plate a few weeks ago. All set for some winter rallying!

Shameless advertising on "car 99" this weekend at Tall Pines

Big project over the last few days to help Jeremy get ready for Tall Pines. The exhaust wasn't really appropriate to rally given how low it was and clearance issues, so that got a major overhaul to fit the huge skid plate we made for him too! The rear of the exhaust was also modified to remove the muffler, fix the clearance and attach his catalytic. Here's hoping he can make more progress and return early next week for some more underbody and get off to Tall Pines in a week!
