Text Neck is a real condition that is becoming a large issue worldwide! Everyone does this with their phones and iPads, etc, when everything else in life in already in front of us, and some careers are also down looking.
Do yourself a favor and lift your phone or iPad up when using it so your eyes are level with your device. Take regular breaks! At least every 30 minutes!
