A little sneak peek of this beautiful family.

We had the most beautiful day on Saturday for Kayla and Neil's wedding. Kayla is also a photographer and I felt so honoured that they trusted me with their wedding day. It was also my final wedding of the season! I'll be happy to go into hibernation soon but this was a great way to end the year.

I photographed Erin and Logan's wedding on Friday at Tangled Garden and Old Orchard Inn. We were so worried about rain but in the end they had their garden ceremony and photos. Their ceremony was filled with the love and efforts of their great friend group and I truly enjoyed seeing them married. Thank you for including me! "This is true love. I photographed Sarah and Tim when they married and again when their little one was a baby. Now they are having another little one and I cannot wait to meet her! Here is a little sneak peek of our session last night.

Christine and Jeff had a beautiful breezy wedding day by the ocean at Oak Island Resort & Conference Centre last Saturday. They had the best and cutest vows I have ever heard in my life and that is saying a lot. They honoured their friends in such a lovely detailed way for each of them in their speech and it made my heart so happy. Thank you so much for including me in your special day!

So. Many. Heartfelt. Moments. So many. Emily and Daniel had a beautiful day at their lake full of details that express who they are. The biggest detail was the overwhelming feeling of love from their tight knit group of friends and family. Their wedding felt like home. I don't often put a vintage vibe on my images. I tend toward true to life colour and contrast but this touch of romance just felt right.

Someone was back in NS for a visit! I photographed Evelyn and Nick's wedding and it was so good seeing them for these portraits and meeting their tiny human.
If you are thinking of having your family portraits done, the time is now! September is THE month. I suggest having them all taken care of by the middle of October. I take bookings until November 1st but it's getting quite sniffly and red nosey by then.

Bhreagh and Greg truly featured the three 'f's. Family, friends and FOOD! Between the hundred plus lobster rolls, oyster bar and amazing meal provided by Nomad Gourmet everyone was fully satisfied. There was so much sun, laughter and music. It was a beautiful way to be married and honour the important things in life.
