We will be hosting a soldering workshop in collaboration with Makers Making Change next Wednesday November 15th from 10 AM to 2 PM! During the workshop we will be building switch latch devices, which are used to adapt toys for kids with accessibility needs. Learn how to solder or use your existing skills for a good cause! Reminder that these are our exam week hours for the Makerspace. Additionally, all projects and files from the computer will be discarded on December 16th. Make sure to pick up your projects before this date.
The Makerspace hours are changing a bit for the Exam period. Here are the hours for the week of December 5th and the week of the 12th. We will keep updating the hours and post them if anything changes.

On Thursday, November 24th, the Makerspace is hosting the second part of the Holiday workshop. Come join us and make music-controlled LEDs for the Holiday season! Make sure to sign in when coming to the Makerspace. The workshop will be taking place from 6 PM - 9 PM.
Tomorrow, November 22nd, the Makerspace is hosting a 3D Printing workshop where participants will 3D print their Beyblades and customize it to their liking. After Beyblades are completed, members will participate in a Beyblade battle tournament where students will 1v1 each other in the Beyblade stadium till there is only one remaining. If interested, come down to the Makerspace between 6 pm and 9 pm and sign in!
This Thursday, November 17th, the Makerspace is hosting a holiday workshop for making gingerbread houses with the laser cutter! The holiday workshop is a two-part session where the second session will involve creating festive LED lights next Thursday, November 24th. Come down to the Makerspace and sign in if interested!
During reading week, the Makerspace hosted different workshops such as dice making, making a table, making a hexagon shelf, and board games. Here are some pictures from the workshops and what students created!
