We had an awesome group for our Art Crawl group ride! Thanks to and riders for coming out!

What a great day at Open Streets today! So amazing to see so many people out on bikes and scooters and on foot, enjoying car-free King Street.

Join Cycle Hamilton for the Great Cycling Challenge and ride to fight kid’s cancer! Throughout August, Cycle Hamilton will be hosting group
rides every Monday that will go towards achieving our ride goal and raising $1000 for the Great Cycling Challenge. A one-time $25 fee will allow you to join each group ride and ride within the Hamilton Chapter as part of the Cycle Hamilton team! All proceeds will go towards cancer research for the Sick Kids Foundation and support giving kids the brighter future that they deserve. Keep an eye out on the Cycle Hamilton

Join us on Friday, June 30 for a bike ride to celebrate Pride Month, connect with other q***r and trans riders, and support the 2S-LGBTQIA+ community! This is a family-friendly slow roll for 2S-LGBTQIA+ riders and allies. 

We'll meet by the Corktown Park bike share hub to decorate our bikes at 7 PM. If you have any Pride-themed decorating materials, bring 'em; if not, we'll have some for you to choose from. The ride will depart at 7:30 PM and we'll make our way down to Bayfront Park. The route will be about 4-6 km and no one will ride alone or be left behind.

🚲 Want to join the ride, but don't have access to a bike? We've got you covered - we'll provide riders aged 16+ with bike share credits to cover the cost of the ride. Sign up for a Pay As You Go membership, select the $0 pre-fill option, and meet us at Corktown Park for your credits. Contact [email protected] with any questions. 

⛈ In the case of inclement weather, we'll reschedule this event for July 7 and let you know here. Pride doesn't end at the end of June!

Thank you to the ~400 Hamiltonians who joined us to celebrate cycling! Many donuts, coffee, fruit and good times were had.

Cycle Hamilton will be leading group rides to the AGM and Cycle Hamilton event on November 22, 2022! Come roll with us! 😁

We have 3 ride options:
1. The Dundas Group Ride will be departing from Free Wheel Cycle at 5:00pm, and will have a mid-ride stop at the McMaster University campus (5:20pm)
2. The Gage Park Group Ride will depart from the Gage Park fountain at 5:30pm led by Hamilton Bike Share
3. The Mohawk College Group Ride will meet at the corner of Fennel and West 5th, and depart at 5:15pm.

We will also be having group rides home using the same routes, departing radius at 8:00pm! 🚲
