THE MAJOR OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE:
- TO PROVIDE AN ASSOCIATION FOR QUALIFIED PLANNING TECHNICIANS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING THEIR STATUS AND WELFARE
- TO PROVIDE A FORUM TO ASSIST AND ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT, PROFICIENCY AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP
- TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN AND ENFORCE STRICT RULES OF ETHICAL CONDUCT FOR MEMBERS OF THE ASSO

As the Co-Executive Director to the best Association in Canada, I cannot be more proud of this group of people at our Annual General Meeting and Conference held today in Hamilton, ON. I am honoured and humbled that I get to include myself with such talented colleagues that contribute to creating 'complete communities' everyday across Canada. Thank you again for everyone attending, all the merit and tenure award winners, our speakers and of course all our sponsors. A big thank you to my Co-Executive Director, Cathy Burke, as well as to Danielle Beck and the rest of Council for another great day! Also, a big thank you to all the delegates for putting up with another year of bad Dad jokes! More pictures of the day will be up on our newly improved website in the near future, but I wanted to share a few. Thank you again everybody.
