These steps are from one walk, getting up ⬆️ more and ➡️ organizing my house. It was a work day. Commit yourself to walk more. Even in 2 minute bursts. Move more = live longer. You will be surprised how fast your steps add 🆙 !

🟠 Omegas are SO important for health, brain, body, bones, reducing inflammation, etc.
We can't always get everything through diet so supplements are needed.
Be sure to take a CLEAN and researched omega.
I avoid 🐠 fish oil because of the unpleasant burps, it tastes awful and we don't always know the source or health of the fish.
Just finished an amazing Supplement course and I'm right on track with the science and research for the Omega that I take and my family takes too!
