Dr. Alexa Saba, Naturopath + Birth Doula

Dr. Saba graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Biomedical Science in 2011. She then completed her Bachelor of Naturopathy (2015) at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) where she spent 4 years studying how to diagnose and address the fundamental causes of disease. During her final year, she completed an internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and Brampton Civic Hospital Teaching Clinic. Being an ND was something that Dr. Saba was interested in from a young age following a family member’s experience with Naturopathy. She was drawn to the profession due to its naturally based treatment modalities and holistic approach to health which she feels has been lost in the practice of traditional medicine. Dr Saba closes that gap with an individualized approach to medicine. She thoroughly assesses all aspects of her patients' health identifying the relationships of individual organ systems as well as the impacts of their mental-emotional health on their physical being.
