Family Friendly Practice!

We want to make each appointment for the little ones as enjoyable as possible.

We recommend booking them for an appointment 6 months after the eruption of their first tooth. This way they can get comfortable with the office and all the sounds and equipment in the rooms :)

They will go for a chair ride, watch their favorite show and get a visit from the dentist who will do a thorough exam and history of their oral health habits. This may be followed with a polish and fluoride from the dental assistant. At the end of the appointment they receive a goodie bag and a coin to get a prize from the toy machine!

Meet Dr. Natalee Peeters!! Dr. Peeters has known she wanted to be a dentist since she was a teenager. When she was 14 years old she began working at a local dentist after school hours.

She then went on to attend TRU (then Cariboo College) for her health science studies. She then was accepted to UBC Faculty of Dentistry.

Dr. Peeters graduated from UBC in 1997 and returned to her hometown of Kamloops to marry her college sweetheart, Jason, and begin her dental career.

Oral Cancer Awareness Month

April is oral cancer awareness month and early detection is vital.
Knowing what to look out for will help you determine what's normal and what should be addressed by a medical professional.

Symptoms to look out for:
👉Ulcers that do not heal within 3 weeks.
👉Red and white patches in the mouth
👉Lumps or swelling in the mouth or head and neck area

Regular dental checkups can provide early detections of oral cancer. If you have any concerns tell your dentist or doctor as soon as possible.
