You don’t have to be an athlete to need your strength and your flexibility in your day to day living. It is necessary to be strong in certain movements and in others it’s required to be flexible.
This becomes an issue when you have one without the other.
The problem:
In the case of being extremely flexible, your joints are put into instability, a very vulnerable positions. Without the stability and strength at your end range, these positions can put you at high risk for serious injury.
When you are hyper-mobile, your ligaments overstretch and your muscles have to step up.
More strength means more muscle which in itself limits mobility and the range of motions of your joints.
An increase in strength without a balanced rise in flexibility can result in soft tissue tears, sprains, and postural changes.
The body in general needs to be supple and strong.
A balanced ratio between the two allows you to perform functional movements at full range of motion, while an imbalance in either direction paves the way for injury and postural problems.
When you become more flexible it’s very important to maintain strength at your end range to ensure that your muscles have the appropriate amount of tension to support you in your movements.
In order to maintain proper joint health, it’s important for your joints to move through their full range of motion. Same goes for muscles, the less range of motion they have the easier they fatigue.
The answer to this problem:
A system of aligning your bones to the ultimate end range of your joint mobility and safely strengthen the surrounding muscles with very specific targeted movement.

Morning. We encourage people in having experiential learning rather than intellectual understanding. Then we have our original perspective and will not have the need to believe in anything that we do not understand. We take decisions by listening to our Spirit and not our ego-self.
Time doesn’t exist. So you cannot have time. When it becomes necessary and significant in your life, the we create time and make it available for us. We must feel that you badly in need to that particular objective, then we make time for it.
Attachment and obsession Cavan cause lot of suffering and pain in life. When we are able to enjoy everything in the outside world without owning or hanging on to it, then life will be filled with true happiness.
The answers to all your questions are inside you. Once your strive to learn and understand your inner world, then no problem will become difficult to solve.
To be the right person requires strong intention, clear dedication, and enormous effort, whereby you might have to live your life for this. First by discovering your true self through self awareness and enquiry, one can strive to be the right person. Begin your practice and effort in the right direction.
It is important to let go and not Hang on to old memories except essential ones. We must always empty ourselves and make space in our consciousness for growth.
Thoughts create fear and other unwanted emotions that interfere our growth and evolution process. Basic thoughts are necessary for daily living. It is great for communication. Though essential at certain levels, when it projects psychologically as past and future it creates fear.
How aware are you with your thoughts? How r they helpful and where do they hinder your progress?
Empathy and compassion are powerful healers in any relationship. We never know who is hurt inside and what the true condition is of their behaviour. So be gentle to others.
By take deep breaths multiple times in a day, and practicing to hold our breath for few seconds, we allow our senses to slow down and build awareness of our surroundings and our consciousness. Then we make right choices that are not influenced by our ego.
Every defeat must be seen as an opportunity to grow and learn. By accepting every defeat we let that part of the self die that is not real. When we realize the truth we are moving closer to our own reality.
Trust that each day is a blessing for us to learn about our lower self and higher self. We must understand the lower self and be detached with the experiences of the lower self. When we are connected with the higher self, then Intelligence and wisdom fills our consciousness.
We all have the same spirit or Atma flowing through us. When we realize this truth, it is impossible to separate ourselves from others. But until then the ego-self only can understand division and separateness. To realize that no one is inferior or superior we must relate and live from the higher self.
Every time we operate our life from the ego-self, 70% of that energy goes in deceiving ourselves. We tell a story to cover up the lies, and hide in it. We wish that the real feeling will go away when we ignore or lie to ourselves.

Our ego-self is always pointing fingers at others, but it is forgetting that when we point one finger outside, there are 3 fingers pointing at us. This is a neat trick of the mind to keep us away from the reality of life. The quicker we can realize this, the faster we can work to better our lives.
Who do you blame and judge to stay away from your reality?
When we practice self-awareness by identifying and observing the lower self, we understand the nature and behaviour of the ego self. Then every problem and suffering becomes an opportunity to awaken to the true self.
What does self-awareness practice mean to your awakening?
Gratitude seals any relationship and creates an amazing bond with trust and mutual respect.
When we put effort and work towards our goal nothing is impossible. Even before we try something, the mind already gives false projections and says that you cannot do it. We must pay attention to such false inside voices and defy it.
Suffering is the greatest blessing you can ever receive. Some how in our society we desecrates suffering as bad and wrong. But the greatest lesson were learnt through suffering. How can we ignore and brush away such a blessing. What we need to learn is how to embrace it without condemnation and judgment. That is the real challenge.
The greatest wealth we can have is the knowledge of the self. But if that knowledge is lost due to our ego then all that knowledge is wasted and cannot be used to help ourselves or others.
To postpone is the height of hypocrisy. To postpone is to deny freedom. To postpone is another trick of the mind for its continued security.
It is a true virtue when we are in the companionship of patience. This companionship is reached by full giving undivided attention to our impatience, embracing it without judgement or condemnation.
When we are stuck in our mind and blinded with reality, then it is useless because we cannot see reality and have wrong perceptions. From this we make wrong decisions.
