Quail Ridge Golf Course is one of the two courses at The Okanagan Golf Club in Kelowna, BC Canada. This is an original oil painting of the 8th hole. When I was a member there this was one of the toughest holes on the course.

This is a painting of Crowfoot Mountain along the Icefields Parkway in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. This view is from a spot along the Bow Glacier Falls Trail. This trail starts at the Num-Ti-Jah Lodge just off the Icefields Parkway (HWY 93). The trail follows the southwest shoreline of the ice-blue glacial waters of Bow Lake. As you walk this trail stunning mountain views just keep popping up. Not too far along this trail I came across this view and knew a painting was to come.

Whistler Mountain in BC Canada is best known for it's winter skiing but the summer months are getting just as popular with hiking, biking and rafting. If you are not into hiking you can just take the chair lift (like I did) and find some great views. This oil painting is one such view. This painting was done just after a busy fire season so the background is hazed out from the smoke that covered large portions of the province. I think haze helps give the painting a nice mysterious look.

Spirit Island is one of those iconic locations that is recognized around the world. It sits on the shores of Maligne Lake in Jasper National Park. Due to it's location access is by boat and is very limited. This is a small oil painting of Spirit Island. I hope to do a larger painting in the future which takes in more of the view.
