“Top Cast” finish is gaining popularity for a modern look to concrete. To achieve this ‘sanded’ look to concrete, a special retarder is sprayed onto the concrete before it sets up. Power washing reveals an evenly etched surface.
We just finished up this 5,000 sq’ driveway and Holy Moly!...it looks amazing!

In 1992, Steve started his own concrete forming and finishing company. He hired a few part-time concrete finishers and ran the company out of the same location of his dad's ready-mix plant. As his reputation for quality work grew, the apparent need of more skilled people was evident. His team expanded and so did the operation. If he wanted to keep growing and provide the services he became known for, re-location was inevitable.
Today SK Form & Finish is located at 1308 Findlay Rd North, Kelowna, B.C. Clients can touch and feel all kinds of colored and stamped concrete samples, and pour over ideas with our estimator. Tell us what you want for your home...because It’s More Than Just Concrete.
