October will start with offering Wednesday evening classes

NOTICE OF UPDATE TO CALENDAR-
Wednesday night yoga for the month of September is cancelled. Class will officially start in October.

These are the 3 classes being offered starting next week with a little info attached. Message me with any questions

Who’s ready to get back into yoga?
We start next week- NEW INFO 👇🏻Classes will be Monday mornings and the 2nd & 3rd Wednesday evenings.
🔥The Wednesday class is adaptable- which means you may choose to do yoga on a mat or sitting on a chair (depending on your body’s needs).

Tomorrow’s fitness classes are cancelled (April 23).

I had 9 fun-loving teens join me tonight for Glow Yoga. These teens are beautiful inside and out! Thanks girls! They brought some items to donate for our local Food Pantry❤️

Restorative Yoga is being cancelled for tonight. I will see if there is an alternative date that may work. Stay home where you are safe and warm.

For safety & cancellations of attendees due to not knowing what the weather is going to do tonight- the “Get Your Glow On” class is postponed to a later date. Stay warm tonight & the rest of the weekend!

YOGA UPDATE- The 9:30am class tomorrow morning has been cancelled. The 10:30am class tomorrow is still going as scheduled. See you at 10:30am.

I will be unavailable until next Sunday (14th). There will be no yoga classes this week & then will resume the 14th.
