Valley Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics programming by our fully certified coaches. Valley Gymnastics was created by Megan (Spencer) Shepherd in 2019.
Our experienced, qualified coaches are dedicated to providing quality instruction, in a fun, welcoming environment. We stress team work, goal setting, positive self-esteem and a sense of family within our club. Our gymnasts take pride in their achievements and in representing their community.
