Sydenham Street United Church
Sydenham Street United Church is an inviting haven in a hurried world. We are a landmark in historic downtown Kingston, part of The United Church of Canada.
We are an Affirming congregation, celebrating more than 200 years of faith since our founding as a Methodist congregation in 1811. Our historic building welcomes you, as it has welcomed generations of worshippers and musicians: we are among the finest concert halls in the area, a favoured venue for concerts and events.
We are moving back to SSU this week!
School may be out but church is still in session, albeit at a modified time and location. More details to be posted each week.
This Sunday July 21st at 10 am will be the final service in the book club series:
The Letter of Paul to the Ephesians - Ephesians 3:14-21
Reverend Catherine Elsdon presiding
Change of LOCATION!
We will gather at Chalmers United Church, 212 Barrie Street
There will be no Broadcast of the Service this Sunday
Here’s to you ❤️
