Ignite Some Joy in Life👏

I’m thrilled to share the dates for our 1-Day Yoga & Meditation Retreat this summer and even more excited about our stunning retreat location!

✨My experience has taught me that when you act for the greater good rather than personal gain, the universe lends its support. This was exactly how I felt upon securing our venue for this year.

Many of you might remember last year’s retreat, held at a magical estate generously provided by a dear student. Her selfless act of offering her space for my teachings truly touched my heart—she is indeed a rare gem 💎

This year, as I searched for a new location, I couldn’t help but miss the special ambiance of our previous retreat. Hoping for some guidance, I reached out to this student, who had recently sold her estate, to see if she knew of any other venues.

🔥Here’s where the magic happens🔥

She introduced me to a friend from the Blair, Cambridge area, (known for its luxurious estates and beautiful homes) and after some discussions, it turned out that her friend’s estate was the same one we used last year! I couldn’t help but laugh and feel a surge of joy💕, as it seemed my deep connection to this place had somehow drawn me back.

I’m looking forward to creating another memorable experience at this beloved estate for the RURAL ESCAPE Retreat, 1 Day of connection, community and cultivating inner contentment!

Mandy is a local Yoga Instructor in Kitchener-Waterloo and the creator of Me Yoga. The study of yoga for Mandy is a way of life and is reflected in the mindfulness style of her yoga classes. You will find her class seamlessly integrates intelligent bio-mechanics, breath techniques and meditation to unwind even the most tense bodies. She has dedicated her life to the Sri Vidya tradition and yogic lifestyle in order to authentically pass it on to her students. You will find Mandy travelling to India and Bali each year to study directly under her teachers and go into deep practice.
